RICOH Spaces is available on web and mobile. The mobile version is a handy tool allowing you to have your office in your pocket. It allows you a multitude of functionalities including booking a room using your office' live Floorplan. Let us show you how to do that!
How to book a room using the Floorplan on mobile
1. Access your RICOH Spaces mobile app.
2. Navigate to the Office tab.
3. Click on Map.
4. Your Floorplan will display on your screen. You can see the available rooms in green and the occupied ones in red.
Note: Your Floorplan might look different depending on your company's choice of Floorplan. The following steps are still applicable.
5. Select a room of your liking by clicking on it. This will open the even panel where you can fill in information such as the time slots, attendees, and meeting title.
6. Once the details are filled in, hit Book.
