RICOH Spaces app is available for Android and iOS devices.

Once installed, open the app and log in using your work email address. Follow the setup process and you should then be all set to start making bookings!

Note: Due to iOS 18 requirements to our existing platform, the iOS RICOH Spaces mobile app ceased support for iOS 14 (2020). The new minimum supported iOS version is 15.6. All devices that support iOS 14 also support iOS 15.6. For Android, we recommend the latest Android version available. Android versions 10, 11 and 12 are recommended to upgrade to the latest version available in order to get the best RICOH Spaces experience.
