QR codes enable your employees to quickly book, check into a space or status. You can easily print or replace QR codes by following those steps.
Note: You are going to need a printer.
Requirement: Being an administrator.
How to generate QR codes
1. Navigate to the Organisation Settings tab.
2. Find and click on the location for which you want to generate QR codes.
3. Once inside the location settings, find the Print QR Codes button and click on it.
4. Select the spaces for which you want to generate QR codes or select the Office QR Codes tab for the In-Office QR code.
For the In Office QR code, you will have additionnal configuration options:
Theme: Light/Dark
Logo: Spaces Icon or Company Icon
Text Formatting:
Header: You can switch this on/off. This is the text at the top left corner of the QR Code. You can enter your own custom message.
Scan Hint: You can switch this on/off. This is the text at the bottom of the QR Code. You can enter your own custom message.
5. Click on Generate QR Code to print the QR Code or/and Click on Download QR Code data to download the QR Code (which you can then upload to your screens)
6. A new window appears, allowing you to preview the QR codes and print them.
Note: Make sure you have enabled the use of QR codes in your policies.
