Welcome to a sneak peek of V2! You have been invited to access the demo of the RICOH Spaces V2 platform.
Customer centricity is at the core of what we do and therefore it was important for us to show you a glimpse of what is coming soon. If you have any feedback we always appreciate hearing your thoughts.
How to use the demo site?
You may already be familiar with our Next environment but if not, then here's a little background. Next is a site we use to allow our customers to see what's coming next with RICOH Spaces. What you will see in Next is still under test and therefore we ask our users to not worry about some of the niggles you see.
You can log in to the platform using your usual credentials to see what's coming in V2!
If you have any issues logging in to the demo, please check with your organisation if you have been selected to access the demo.
You have access to the demo platform, now what? Have a look around!!
All actions performed in the demo have NO incidences. Any bookings made on Next will not be real bookings and won't be visible to any other users.
The new version of the app will include some of our new features which you can find out more about here.
Over the coming weeks, new features will be released and communicated via email. Stay tuned!
Please note that this is an alpha version and therefore there will still be areas which are inaccessible. We kindly ask you to hold back from sending us feedback on what might be missing or not working as you'd expect. Those areas are covered and are currently under development.
Demo Mobile Application
You can also use the V2 demo application. Should you wish to do so, please provide us with your email address (via your CSM or using the feedback form) so we can provide you with instructions.
We would like to make you aware that if you sign up to access the mobile demo then you will not be able to make live bookings. You will need to revert to the current version of the app to continue with normal usage.
To switch back to the current version of the app, simply delete the demo app. Head to your app store and download again RICOH Spaces.
