We have now introduced the first version of the outlook plug-in into v2. This feature will continue to be enhanced following feedback from our MVP. To use the new plug-in please follow the article below:

The outlook-plugin is still under maintenance, we ask that you please bear with us as we continue with the migration of the V1 to V2 plug – in. We will post a status update by COP Thursday 6th July.
Outlook Plug-in Feature Update
Due to a configuration/infrastructure constraint we are restricted to hosting only one version of the RICOH Spaces Outlook Plug-in and the ability to complete a comprehensive test is restricted.
We therefore cannot simultaneously host the current V1 version, for RICOH Spaces V1 users, whilst also introducing Version 2.
We have completed over 80% of customer migrations from V1 to V2 and as such have made the decision that this is now the least impactful time to make this transition. Following usage analysis, we can see there has been minimal use of the V1 Outlook Plug-in.
Therefore, in order introduce this feature into RICOH Spaces V2 we will need to retire the current V1 version before we complete the final customer migrations, to allow for further testing in readiness for use within V2.
We are proposing to switch the Outlook Plug-in to V2 next week on Wednesday 5th July.
