Approval for Linked Rooms 🔗✅
We've expanded our Room Approvals to support Linked Rooms too! The process works exactly the same so no need to worry, but if you're not up to speed on approvals you can find out more:
Recurring meetings 📆
121's, Project Meetings, Team Meetings - recurring meetings are important to us all, and they can now be booked through RICOH Spaces in a similar way to Outlook and Google.
Simply choose your frequency (weekly, monthly) and the number of occurrences (up to 10) within the event creation process.
New Schedule Toolbar ⚒️
We've been focusing on our user experience within the Schedule View this month and have a few updates to share.
We've maximised the space available for the information thats important to you. By consolidating areas such as the filters and create, more rooms can be shown at once
We've created a new toolbar for simple date, location and floor changing to enable seamless booking

Updated Navigation 🧭
Our new and improved navigation has been available to try out for several months in RICOH Spaces Labs. Following positive feedback and an increase in usage we've decided to take the plunge this month and make it live!
