The new Homepage of RICOH Spaces is a powerful tool. Its new layout includes many elements and allows you to perform key actions in a few clicks. One of them is booking a meeting room and this guide will walk you through the meeting room booking process.

How to book a meeting room using the Floorplan

1. Navigate to the Floorplan.

2. Select the relevant date, floor and location. This will update your Floorplan.

3. Click on the filter Rooms at the top of your screen to display a list of all the rooms.

Note: In the Event details you can switch on the Conferencing option available for Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. When users view the bookings or events, whether in Google Calendar or RICOH Spaces, they should see the onlineMeetingUrl, indicating that this event has an associated online meeting link.

7. Your booking is now complete.
