Room Booking Using Space Search

Space Search had a makeover and is now part of the default Homepage, the Floorplan. Alternatively, you can change your Homepage to the Schedule which also includes the Space Search. Let us show you how to use this functionality on both Floorplan and Schedule.

Homepage as the Floorplan:

The Space Search can be found at the top of your screen.

  1. Click on Rooms.

This will open a new window listing all the rooms. You can change the date, location, and floor.

Tip: Notice the rooms display their maximal capacity and a star. Use the star to favourite rooms. It also works with desks and zones.

Use filters to find the perfect room easily. You can also use the filter Favourite which displays all your favourite rooms.

2. Click on a room to display its amenities. Once you have found one of your liking, click on Make Booking.

3. In the newly opened panel complete the essentials fields and finish your booking by clicking on Create Event.

4. If the room requires approval from an administration or if you added services, your booking might not be confirmed immediately. You will be informed via email whether it has been approved or declined.

Homepage as the Schedule:

1. Access your Homepage which should then be your Schedule.

It displays all the room of a specific location and their respective schedule.

2. You can either scroll and find a room of your liking or use the search.

Make sure your date, location and floor are correctly set.

3. Search for a room using the Search field at the top of the Schedule.

4. You can see the room schedule. Click on the time you would like to start a booking for this room.

5. Enter all the details about the event and click on Create Event.
