Personalise your RICOH Spaces profile, add your best photo and make it easy for people to know who you are and what you do! The profile section is also where you manage your vehicles, log out and set your preferences for analytics.

My Profile's Sections

• Account Settings
• Preferences

Account Settings: 

• Add a profile picture using the Customise Profile button.
• Logout
• Forename and surname 
• Mobile number
• Job Title
• Bio: Make it personal and tell people about your interests, or/and what exactly you manage in the organisation.  
• Select your main location
• Create your pin (used for room panels)

Preferences:

Theme & Language: 

• System (default), Light or Dark mode 
• Language: Choose your preferred language from the drop-down list

Homepage: 

Choose your Homepage to be the Floorplan or the Schedule.

Navigation: 

Choose your menu to be on top of your page or the side of it. 

Privacy:

• Product Analytics: Opt-in or out. 
• Manage Cookies Preferences.
• Hosting Visitors: Be visible to visitors as a host. 

Delegation: 

Adding someone to your delegates list allows them to book on your behalf, which can be tailored to certain bookings.

Visualise, edit, delete and add delegate bookers in this section.

Groups: 

This section is View only. It allows you to see the AD groups you are part of. 

Vehicles:

In this section, visualise, add, edit and delete your vehicles.
