This article introduces you to the new Feed in the RICOH Spaces Homepage. The Feed contains useful key elements, all gathered in one place for better visualisation of your day.  

On the Homepage of the RICOH Spaces app, click on the  icon on the right side of your screen to open the Feed window.

This will appear :

In the Feed: 

• Date of the day.
• Notifications: Get notifications about your activity. 
• Light/ Dark mode: At the click of a button, change the layout to light or dark mode.
• Booking & Status: See all your bookings of the day, check-in and out. It also allows you to Quick Book or set your status ( Working from home, Working from elsewhere, Out of Office).
• Schedule: Have a look at your event planned for the day.
• Visitors: See and manage your visitors of the day (functionality reserved for administrators).
• Loops: See your loop members' statuses and bookings. Edit to change the members of your loops.
