Before we get into the detail of what we're bringing you this month, we'd love to give a shoutout to our specialist development team who are working hard behind the scenes to bring a new and improved RICOH Spaces every month:
Disable Slot Templates ❌
Desk slot templates can now be disabled.
If the desk is not part of a zone, the location settings will be applied
If the desk is part of a zone which has booking slots enabled, the zone settings will be applied
If the desk is part of a zone which has booking slots disabled, the location settings will be applied
Zone slot templates can now be disabled
The zone will no longer have its own booking slots, and all desks will default to the location setting
Don't worry, nothing will change to your Spaces with this release. If you do decide to make use of this feature please be warned that updating existing booking slots can cause cancellations.
HELP ❓
The help ‘?’ button is back.
We've listened to your feedback and we've brought back our help button in the bottom left-hand-side menu.
