Lockers are now available in RICOH Spaces upon request.

All existing customers are welcome to access locker bookings for free whilst the feature remains in Beta for approximately 3-6 months*. If you'd like to try out this feature please get in touch with our support team.

Creating Lockers 🔐

Lockers can now be created by following the same process you would a car parking space. Simply add the details, assign them to a floor and off you go.

Booking a locker ✅

In our first release lockers are:

• Bookable in full day slots only
• Bookable as part of the desk booking process only (cannot be booked by itself) on both mobile and web
• Not including any business logic or integrations with Smart Lockers

Future roadmap 🚀

We have big ideas! Here's a sneak peak at a few:

• Lockers to be bookable in their own right
• AM/PM and Custom Slot compatible
• Deep integration with Smart Lockers enabling different types (charging, hot/cold storage)
• Potential automations to support business logic
