Custom colours can be applied for AM/PM bookings to maximise their visibility within the floorplan, making it easy for users to spot if a half day is available to book.
Pre-Req: You must be a global admin or location admin
Setting a custom colour
1. Go to the organisation admin and choose the location you wish to edit
2. Under Policies, select Desks
3. Scroll down to find the policy and toggle "on". Click the colour to choose one to your liking.
4. Once set, click "Save" at the bottom.
Once enabled
With the colour chosen above, you can see the following:
- Multiple desks are green, and therefore have no bookings.
- Desk 13 is red, this has been booked for the whole day
- Desk 18 is the custom colour chosen above, it has been booked for PM only in this example
