Once you have the RICOH Spaces Outlook add-in installed. You'll be able to easily find meeting rooms for your meeting directly within Outlook.

Getting started
You access the Outlook add-in from the New Appointment view within your calendar.
You will find a new RICOH Spaces Icon in the banner – Find Room.
The Outlook Add in will automatically authenticate you, as a user in Spaces, and present a list of rooms available.
Finding a room
Once you are logged in, you'll see a list of rooms for your home location. You can switch to another location easily by selecting the name of the location in the menu.
The list of rooms displayed will showcase there availability, this is if the room is available within the start and end time of your Outlook event is set to search for.
Our advanced search criteria allow for the selection of the Room Space types, to find the right layout, with the right amenities for you.
In this example we have requested through the Filter selections, a Meeting Room, on 1st Floor with WIFI.
Click the back arrow, and any matching Rooms that now meet the Filter Criteria will be displayed.
Click the + Button to continue your booking.
The Outlook Meeting Room Schedule is created, from where you can continue the Room Booking as per normal. i.e., Invite guests, set time, recurrence, etc.
Press Send. And the Room Calendar view confirms the booking and synchronises this with the Spaces Calendar.
You will see the booking in RICOH Spaces & Outlook as you normally would.
