We have a large library of easy to follow help guides which provide answers to a range of queries. Therefore, we recommend for the quickest resolution, please use our help centre in the first instance.
Getting in touch
To raise a ticket with our support team you will need to contact us through our help page.
In the bottom right corner of our help centre, you will find the support icon which you will need to click.
Once you've clicked the support button a dialogue box will appear. Here you will have two options:
- Ask a question - Allows your to type your question so we can search for relevant articles which may help
- Get in touch - This allows you to submit a ticket to our support team
Once you've selected Get in touch you can select the option to leave a question and select your issue type.
You will need to leave us your contact details, a description of your query and any supporting attachments to help us resolve your question as quickly as possible.
Once you have sent us your message our first line support team will triage your query and inform you of any next steps.
