Before we get into the detail of what we're bringing you this month, we'd love to give a shoutout to our specialist development team who are working hard behind the scenes to bring a new and improved RICOH Spaces every month:

Bug fixes 🪲

  • Mobile - Office Tab - Desks appear under the Spaces tab after a user has navigated between Zone, Parking and People tabs

  • Mobile - Filters amendments

  • Mobile - QR - Blank Screen presented when attempting to access the camera

  • Mobile - When the availability of a zone is met, the status on the zone is not mirrored

  • Mobile- Parking- It's not possible to add Car Parking for a booked Zone

  • Mobile - Daily Pass - If a user completes a daily pass from the homepage, they are still required to complete it at check-in

  • Mobile - QR Code Desk Booking - When your desk has been cancelled you cannot then re-book via QR scanning

  • Mobile - Desk Booking - Booking with QR code cancels bookings in certain time zones

  • Mobile - Office (Zones) - If no zones are created it does not give you a message to inform you

  • Mobile - Zone - Performance improvement on Zone tab

  • Mobile - Desk tab load (Client specific)

  • Mobile - Desks (Zones) - if you swap between locations the Zones availability incorrectly shows as Unavailable

  • Mobile - Office (Desks) - When I turn off the 'only allowed desks' toggle I still cannot see the desk I don't have permission to

  • Mobile - Assigned desks do not allow mobile QR Scanning (Client specific)

  • Mobile - Zone Booking is showing one day behind (Client specific)

  • Mobile - Low contrast between font colour and background colour in some menus

  • Mobile - Office Tab - Booked filter on Zones doesn't remain selected after applying

  • Mobile - Office (Desks) - Unable to book a desk because the book and confirm page is blank (Client specific)

  • Mobile - Groups - Not being applied to mobile desk bookings

  • Mobile - Desk - Displaying "available" desks more clearly

  • Mobile - Slot booking - Some desks show as available when they have been booked

  • Mobile - Zone - When you select a zone it does not show the correct availability for desks within it

  • Mobile - Unable to book assigned

  • Mobile - It is possible to book a second desk using QR Code scanning when you already have a booking

  • Mobile - Timezone updates

  • Mobile - Improvements to editing a service after booking`

  • Mobile - White transparent screen is overlapping the screen after the star icon is pressed

  • Mobile - There is no option to "Add conferencing" on mobile when booking a room

  • Mobile - On Monday bookings for larger time zones are not showing on the Homepage to allow check-in

  • Mobile - Quick book enablement (Client specific)

  • Mobile - The "Change" button is not visible

  • Mobile - What is displayed under the default 'Available' filter is incorrect

  • Mobile - Filter selections do not appear 'active' when the filter selection window is opened
