Service request report 🍽

Within the insight page of RICOH Spaces, we have introduced the ability to view details about service requests. Head over to Insights, Location Insights and Request Overview to see a detailed breakdown of:

  • Types of services being requested

  • Who is making the most requests

  • Which cost centre is the most used

And much more! If you have access to insights, log in and check out this great new feature!

Bug fixes 🪲

  • Web - Desk Booking - If you have more than 10 groups assigned to a desk it allows the desk to be booked more than once (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Slot Booking - Some desks are shown as available even when booked

  • Web - Groups - The list order is incorrect (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Desk Booking - The time of desk booking in the calendar is incorrect (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Policies - Aligning booking slot policies between old and new navigation

  • Web - Room Bookings - When a location has both Auto Cancel Meetings and Cancel Empty Meeting Rooms (sensor required) enabled, it has been observed that the meeting host will receive duplicate notifications and emails.

  • Web - Schedule - When a user books a meeting within a slot on the schedule, they have the ability to select "All day" which overlaps other meetings already booked.

  • Web - Booking notification - Desk booking confirmation not received (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Floorplan - Disappearing Floorplan (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Groups - Assigning groups from the Floorplan and Space Search improvement

  • Web - Insights - Car parking Floorplan not appearing (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Check-in policy - Auto cancellation policy re-applied after user checks in and then out of a desk (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Floorplan - Availability colour on desks not showing correctly on AM/PM slots

  • Web - Layout request - "Show rejected" layout request toggle does not always work

  • Web - Room booking - Attendee status not refreshed in room booking invite when pre-booked (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Room booking - Room Availability status does not reflect actual room availability (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Schedule - Duplicated "Busy until" message on the schedule

  • Web - Schedule - When a meeting room is busy the time it is busy until is not being shown

  • Web - Policy - Room Booking not cancelling according to policy time set (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Insights - The list of zones displayed on the Live Location report under Insights does not match the actual list of zones displayed under location admin

  • Web - Floorplan - Username displayed incorrectly on the Floorplan (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Notifications - No notifications being received when layout requests or status changes

  • Web - Layouts - Loading loop when opening layout requests when no layout requests are submitted

  • Web - Notifications - Emails are showing the wrong time for the cancelled bookings

  • Web - Space search - Filters not working as expected (Customer-specific)

  • Web - Zone - Improvements to adding desks to groups (Customer-specific)
