You can use RICOH Spaces service requests for anything that can be requested by a standard employee for a specific room.

Service Requests
You can make services for rooms that include anything from equipment requests, lunch requests or clean-up. Services are configured by administrators in the services admin page and can be requested during or after an employee has booked a room.
You can create your service and then define what questions you wish to ask, which spaces they are available for and who manages the service.

Layout Requests
Rooms may have more than one layout such as a classroom configuration for a large space. To make requesting layouts simple, admins can create layouts that are available per location in an organisation. You do this by going to Organisation > Location > Layouts.
You can then add any layout to any meeting room from its administration page. Once you do this you can specify the new capacity of this layout and how long it takes to set up and reset. If you specify setup and reset times then users will not be able to book this layout unless the time is available before and after the meeting and the time will be blocked out automatically in the calendar.

Booking Requests
Do you have rooms that are restricted? Setting up approval requests for a room will send the booking for approval before it is confirmed in the room calendar.
