During the Handover Meeting we will schedule a number of review meetings (the number of these depend upon the onboarding package you have purchased).
The aims of these meeting are:
Review Policies and Set Up
We will review the booking policies that were set up during the Handover Meeting to ensure that they are working for your organisation
Once you have some booking data we will show you the Insights section of the app to help you get the most out of RICOH Spaces reporting
Your Customer Success Manager will answer any questions you have about RICOH Spaces. They can also act as a point of escalation if you raise any support tickets.
