When booking a room through RICOH Spaces you may also have the ability to request a service as part of that booking, if these have been setup within your location such as catering, room cleaning etc.
This article explains how you can make a service request as part of booking a room.
From the RICOH Spaces navigation , select the 'Room Schedule’ option.
Select a Room and time slot from the Calendar.
Fill in the required meeting information and then select the ‘Add a Service’ button to view the services available for the selected room.
Select the service you wish to add to your booking and if required fill in any additional questions you may be prompted to answer about the service requested. Repeat this process for each additional service you want to request.
Once you have finished choosing the services you require, select the ‘Submit’ button to proceed.
If you have finished filling in the details about your event select the ‘Create Event’ button to complete your booking.
A confirmation message will be displayed confirming your event has been created.
The service/s you have requested will now require approval. You will receive an email notification once your service request/s have been reviewed confirming if they are approved or rejected. The room booking on schedule will also show reflect the status of the service you requested.
