If you have been assigned as a Service Manager for a service (catering, room cleaning etc) which is available to be requested when someone books a room, It is then your responsibility as the service manager to review any requests made for the service and decide whether it can be delivered or not and accept or reject the request accordingly.
This article details how to review service requests awaiting your approval and approve or reject them.
When a service is requested that you are the service manager for you will receive an email notification.
The Service Manager can follow the Link to the Space Services Request page, where they can view the details of the request.
By selecting the ‘View Details’ link next to a service request, an overview of what has been requested is provided.
The responses to any pre-set questions for the service can also be viewed here.
Once you have completed your review of the service use the ‘Status’ dropdown menu next to the service request, to choose whether the request is ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’.
The requester of the service will then be notified by email of the outcome of their request as per the example below.
