An improved navigation has been launched for the RICOH Spaces web application with an improved layout and additional administration features such as AM/PM booking enablement.

We recommend that all users migrate to this version as it will provide a smoother interface. Users can select to switch the New Navigation feature on via a Toggle Facility.

From The RICOH Spaces Homepage, select the Filter Icon towards the top right of the screen.

From the corresponding popup box, activate the New navigation by moving the slider.

Please force the page to refresh, and the New Navigation will activate and appear.
