Figma Prototypes allow the RICOH Spaces team to share upcoming features and flows for feedback or to showcase future functionality.

Selecting a User Flow

The prototypes may include various flows through the app. You can navigate to different flows for the prototype by selecting flows from the left panel inside the prototype view. If this panel is
hidden the button to open the panel is in the top left next to the comment button.

Using the Prototype

Clicking through a prototype to navigate through the flow is as simple as pressing through the app as you would use it for real. If you press an element on the prototype that doesn’t link to anywhere the design will highlight the interactive areas by showing a blue hotspot. Pressing (R) will restart the prototype.

Pressing (C) or the comment button in the toolbar allows for commenting directly onto the prototype. You can also direct your comment to anyone who has access to the file by using the @<username> command.

Finally, there are options in the top right of the screen which includes zoom (Z) and other useful options.
