We've got off to a great start in 2022 by introducing the ability to book AM/PM ‍desk slots to allow for more flexibility in the workplace.

Our customers are always at the centre of what we do, so when you ask, we provide 🚀

The world has been exposed to more flexible ways of working and we want to join our users on this journey by giving them more versatile desk booking options to fit their needs.

What is AM/PM booking?

As a RICOH Spaces user, we have expanded our booking options to accommodate desk usage in the morning, afternoon or all day.

Users can book a slot that aligns best with their workday needs; if you're a part-time worker who works 3.5 days a week, then you have the ability to book a desk for 2 full days and an AM slot.

This opens up the desk to be booked and used in the PM, allowing for more effective utilisation of space.

AM/PM slots can also be used on Zones

Not only can you use this feature on desks; you can also use AM/PM slots in Zones 🏋️‍♀️

So, however you book a space within your office, you now have the ability to use only what you need.

You can find this feature on both the RICOH Spaces Mobile and Web application.
