There are two ways you can do this.
- Source your own hardware and use our RICOH Smart Displays app to configure your panel
- Let Ricoh provide you with a configured managed device
What is a room display
The RICOH Spaces Room Display allows you to clearly show key information to your employees on a display that is mounted outside of meeting rooms either on the glass, the wall or on a stand. This allows employees to perform multiple actions including
- Check availability
- Book the meeting room
- Cancel meetings
- Check-In & Out of meetings

How do they receive data?
The room display is connected to your RICOH Spaces instance once paired. This means your existing O365 integration will be used to show meeting information on the screen. The display connects directly to the RICOH Spaces API to receive all data in real-time without additional configuration.
How do I pair a display?
