You'll want to go ahead and log into RICOH Spaces using a Web Browser i.e  Chrome.

For Chrome to provide the option to install, you must first refresh your browser. 

Once you have refreshed you will find the "+" icon next to your favourite item as shown below:

Go ahead and install.

You'll now be able to access RICOH Spaces directly from your desktop!
