How to start booking for someone else

Once you have been set up with Delegated Access, you can book resources on behalf of that user. There are a number of areas in RICOH Spaces that you can book on behalf of someone:

• Desks
• Rooms 
• Parking Spaces 

Using the ‘Book on Behalf’ of Button search for the user you'd like to book on behalf of.

Once you have selected who you are booking on behalf of then continue with the usual booking process and the app will take care of the rest.
