The ability to organise is important, in RICOH Spaces you can organise people into groups. This helps in multiple areas such as;
- Prioritisation of people you work with most
- Reporting
- Desk Assignment
We're also working on bringing power to other areas of the platform with groups such as;
- Group desk booking
- Group room booking
Navigate from the Homepage to the Groups Icon, and click.
Your Loop
This is a dynamic group that you can add and remove people from at any time, having people in your loop will allow you to see their online status, current desk or current room quickly.
When people are in your loop we'll highlight them throughout the platform and always show them first when we can, this way you'll spend less time trying to find the people you really care about.
Groups
For a more structured organisation, you can create a new group. Currently, groups are personal to you unless you have administrative privileges.
You'll start to see groups show up in areas of Smart Spaces soon to help you get things done more quickly.
If you are an administrator, you can create public groups which can be used throughout the platform. You can find out more here.
