The RICOH Spaces Homepage gives you a quick and easy way of viewing any visitors you may have attending your offices or location across a set of dates. Simply expand the Visitors section in the middle of the screen and any visitors will be shown.
From this view, you also have the ability to create any visitors that may be coming to see you.. Scroll to a date and click Add Visitor.
Follow the process, which requires an E Mail address for the Visitor, followed by adding their Information. Click Add Visitor
You will see a short confirmation message and then Name now added to the Visitor Homepage Screen.
By clicking on the Visitor Name on the Homepage, you can then Book a Desk or Assign a Meeting to them.
If you want to see which of your visitors have signed in or signed out, you can change the status and see a filtered list. Ensure the correct date is being viewed, and select the status your require from the drop down list.
Results will be displayed as the page refreshes.
