You can check-in to your desk booking from our web application if it's been enabled by your administrator. This could ask you to verify your location if this is required for your building.
You'll see the check-in button on the current days booking as shown below.
If your company has enabled a Daily Pass, you may be prompted to answer set questions before being allowed to ‘Check In’. Upon successful completion of these questions, you will be granted access to the Location.
If the location policy that you are checking into requires a proximity check on how close you are to the office, you'll need to enable location preferences on the app. Don't worry... we don't store your location at any point.
Too far away
If you're not close enough you will be informed that you're too far away and denied the option for check-In.
In the example below, the Office is in Birmingham, and the user is trying to Check-In whilst near London.
Troubleshooting
Getting the location on your laptop or desktop computer requires an IP based location check, this essentially uses your WiFi to figure out your location. This may not always be accurate and may think you are somewhere else.
If your location search doesn't seem to work, location services may be disabled. You can enable location services within your browser settings.
If you run into issues, you can scan the QR code at your desk to check-in or ask a local support team member to check you in from the admin interface.
