This article explains how to book a desk from the web homepage
When you log in to Space via the web, you will be greeted with the Spaces ‘Homepage' which allows you to book a desk, view visitor information and see your calendar meetings.
By selecting the prompt 'Book A Workspace' you are given the Book Now criteria window.
Book Any Zone
A space within a Zone will be selected for you, based on any previous selections and this will be immediately visible in your Homepage.
Book any desk
A desk will be selected for you, based on any previous selections and this will be immediately visible in your Homepage.
Searching for a desk
Search for a desk with space search will direct you to the Space Search page where you will be able to select a bookable desk
Use the filter criteria to select the Floor, Zone or Amenities. From the results, or List, presented click on the Desk to be booked, by selecting the ‘View’ button. This will open a Panel for the selection of dates.
Select the Dates required, and follow the screen prompts. A confirm message and final confirmation message are shown.
A desk can be reserved from the floorplan which allows a visual representation of where the desks are positioned.
Where a desk is green and you have approval to sit in that zone, a simple click on that desk will bring forward a new panel and allow you to select a date for your booking.
Once your selection is made, click on next. A confirmation box will appear, also allowing a Car Parking Space to be booked .. Click on Confirm & Book
A confirmation E Mail is sent to your registered E Mail address.
A booking confirmation e-mail will also be sent to your registered e-mail address with your booking details.
That's it! You are done! 🎉
