QR codes can be used to book or cancel spaces using way-finding or room panels.

In this article you will learn how to:

To Book

1. Have your mobile RICOH Spaces App at the ready.
2. Select the period in 15-minute slots, for the booking on your Wayfinder or Room Panel. As you select your time(s) the icon will turn red. 
3. Choose Book
4. A QR Code will be displayed on the Panel.
5. From your Mobile device, Select Scan QR, and then point the camera at the Panel QR Code. 

Your space will now be booked.

To Cancel

1. Have your mobile Smart Workplace App at the ready
2. Select the booking to cancel on Wayfinding or room panel
3. Choose Cancel
4. A QR Code will be displayed
5. From your Mobile device, Select Scan QR, and then point the camera at the Panel QR Code.

      Your space will now be cancelled.
