Some users may be unable to log into the RICOH Spaces web application as they may be presented with the notification shown below after they have attempted to log in on Chrome.
Tip: Before we go ahead and follow the steps below please ensure you have the latest Chrome browser version.
- Navigate to the Chrome browser and type in the following in the address bar chrome://settings/cookies
- Then select "Allow all cookies" and then try to log in again.
Note: If this does not resolve the issue, ‘pop-ups’ may also be blocked by the browser. Allowing pop-ups will allow the sign-in window to appear. To enable pop-ups you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to chrome://settings/content/popups
- Ensure that RICOH Spaces isn't listed under the blocked section. Then add RICOH Spaces into the allow section https://ricohspaces.app
