This article covers the Booking List report, part of the Insights module and provides a list of ‘bookings’ at a specific location over variable dates to export.

From the Homepage, navigate to the Insights Icon, and select.   

From the available list of Reports, select ‘Booking List’.

The report will allow you to Filter / Select across multiple variables. These include:-

-Select User                                                 

-Select a Date Range                                 

-Select Date Period                                                

-Select Health Status                                 

-Rooms, Desks, Floors, Zones and Groups

The report is Dynamic, and will change as you alter the Filters / Variables. 

The summary presented can be exported by hovering over the Bar Chart Graph table. In the top right corner there are 3 dots, hover over these for ‘More options’. and click to select Export Data.

A further Export Data question is raised. Read these carefully and make your selection. We recommend Summarized data as the default.

Click, Export, and the following messages should process, to confirm the file has downloaded to your local PC.

Once you open the exported file, the details are summarised along with the Filter Criteria used to generate the report..
