Pre-requisites 

• Locations, Floors and Spaces all set up .
• Smart Display screen connection has been established. Find out how.

Select the Wayfinding screen connection type in order to complete the configuration process. (between Panel and RICOH Spaces).

You can configure the Wayfinding screen connection in the following way:

• Wayfinding - Wayfinding connections will display your office floor map to find and book rooms - based on office floors.
• Room - Room connection shows an interactive information panel for your room of choice
• Visitor - Visitor connection is your visitor sign-in panel for quick and effective visitor sign in

Click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page.

As a Wayfinding Panel, you have the option to confirm if this is a ‘Display Touch enabled’ device, and how booking types can be managed. I.e. Through a PIN code or a QR Code.
