Adding your mobile number

This can be done via accessing the App Settings via the Profile Image at the Bottom Right of the Screen. 

From the App settings Navigate to the ‘Your Details’

Using your mobile number on a room display

When authenticating, you can enter your mobile number on the pin pad.

To Book

• Choose a room on panel or way-finding
• Select time
• Make Reservation
• Enter your mobile number when prompted
• Your booking is made

To Cancel

• On the room panel or way-finding
• Select the booking
• Select Cancel
• Enter your mobile number when prompted
• Your booking is cancelled
