You can use a PIN Number to Book or Cancel spaces.

Pre-requisites 

A PIN is set up in your profile within RICOH Spaces. 

This can be done via accessing the App Settings via the Profile Image at the Bottom Right of the Screen. 

From the App settings Navigate to the ‘Your Details’

Enter a 6 Digit Pin No. That's it your Pin No is set.

To Book

• Choose a room on panel or way-finding
• Select time
• Make Reservation
• Enter your PIN when prompted
• Your booking is made

To Cancel

• On the room panel or way-finding
• Select the booking
• Select Cancel
• Enter your PIN when prompted
• Your booking is cancelled
