RICOH Spaces enables you to capture areas in your office that are used but cannot be booked. Some examples of this include seating areas where people may go to take calls or have collaboration sessions.
You can manage all your spaces within a building by going to the "Organisation" tab in the left-hand menu. Select your office location. These options are available providing you have the correct level of access. From the list of options select Spaces.
Use the search criteria to find the Space required and then click 'Edit' along the corresponding line.
From this screen, you can now Enable or Disable a Space from bookings.
The "Space Enabled" toggle enables or prevents users to book a space via Smart Spaces.
Toggle this on or off based on your preference and press 'Save' to exit.
