Designate an employee as a host for visitors.
Not all employees can host visitors, RICOH Spaces gives employers the ability to choose who can host a visitor. When an employee is enabled to host visitors they begin to show up via the Visitor Panel when a visitor signs.
There are 2 ways that an employee can be enabled to host visitors.
Self setup
An employee can choose to host visitors.
Navigate from the homepage to the Image of Yourself (If uploaded) at the bottom left of the screen. Then select App Settings.
From the Account Settings TAB, navigate to Visitor Management and enable the switch. Press Update Details to save and exit.
Admin setup
As an admin, you can decide who can host visitors.
Navigate from the homepage to Organisation Settings, and select Employees from the list presented.
Once selected a list of all available employees will display. Use the search filter to find the desired employee. Select the name, and at the bottom of this screen, you will find the Can Host Visitors switch, which you can now enable. Click Save changes as you exit to apply this update.
Your employee is now enabled to Host Visitors.
