Start creating your locations, floors and spaces
Get started by setting up a Location / Building for your office by logging into RICOH Spaces.
From the Spaces Homepage, Navigate to the Organisation Icon, on the left hand side.
If you don't see the settings icon you do not have the required permissions to continue.
You'll see a list of your buildings like our example below.
Select a Location / Building to access the Manage Location Page or Click the + Button to create a new location. Follow the prompts in each case.
Once you have selected your Location and are at the Manage Locations Page you can amend details for the Location including:-
- Building Name
- Office 365 Options / Google Workspace Options
- Office Hours
- Office Image
- Office Floor Plans
- Office Location Maps
The additional options provided on the Manage Location page, will help set Policies, Floors, Spaces, Zones etc. Please see the supporting guides for more information.
