This article covers the personal calendar shown in RICOH Spaces and the impact of disabling it.
RICOH Spaces has core functionality that displays to the user their personal calendar on the homepage of both their phone and computer-based - web application. i.e. Chrome.
To do this simply send a request to the RICOH Spaces team using the Zendesk chat application found on the website. Once this request has been processed the requested calendars will be hidden.
What is the impact of this?
A personal calendar has a number of features, it allows you to join online meetings, view the information about a meeting, edit a meeting, manage service requests, manage visitors, and much more. It also has a visual impact which you can see below. None of this will be possible once the calendar is disabled.
Web - with the calendar
Web - without the calendar
Phone - with the calendar
Phone - without the calendar
