Organisation Messages are messages that a System Administrator can choose to deploy when certain actions are performed. This includes Desk Booking, where the message can be edited/customised to meet individual customer requirements, and Employee Daily Pass Reminders, where employees are sent custom emails, to remind them to complete a mandatory process by a certain time.
How to set up an Organisation Message
Setting up an Organisation Message is easy. You will require Global Admin access for your organisation. Please ask your Systems Administrator to provide this role access level, or ask someone with the role permission in place to proceed for you.
Once you have the correct credentials and security level, you can select the Organisation Menu item from the Buildings Icon on the home page and navigate to the TEMPLATES screen.
The Templates Screen
The Templates screen provides 2 simple options. Firstly whether the action should be enabled and secondly the content to be displayed in that message.
Once a message is enabled, it will be presented anytime an employee attempts to Book A Desk, i.e such as from the floor plan:
