On go-live day of your RICOH Spaces migration, end users in your organisation will not be able to access RICOH Spaces V1 or V2 while we are migrating their data.
Once the migration is complete, end users will be able to click on the Go to V2 button displayed on their screen. It will redirect them to their new URL and the new app will be available to download on the app store (iOS and Android). There will be no changes to the users' login credentials.

If your end users try to access the RICOH Spaces web during the migration, the following message will be displayed on their screen.
