The Feed is a new functionality you have access to via the Floorplan. It gives you key information about your day including your meetings, bookings and loop. This article focuses on viewing your bookings and loop using the Feed. 

Accessing the Feed

On the Homepage of the RICOH Spaces app, click on the  on the right side of your screen to open the Feed window.

This will appear :

Your Bookings & Status

In this section, you can see all your bookings, check-in and out. It also allows you to Quick Book or set your status ( Working from home, Working from elsewhere, Out of Office) when you click on Add Location.

Your Loop

This is a dynamic group that you can add and remove people from at any time, having people in your loop will allow you to see their online status.

Once you have added people to your loop you can easily view their daily or weekly status.
