RICOH Spaces gathers all your data in one place, within the Insights Tab. The tab is divided into sections. This article will walk you through the Desk Booking Report specifically.
Accessing the report
Head to the Insights tab and then navigate to the Desk Booking subtab.
Using the report
Filter Panel
The filter panel can be accessed by clicking on the following menu icon on the right side of your screen:
The filter list for Desk booking includes Date Range, calendar, User Groups and User domains.
If you want to see the data of a specific period, use the date range filter:
Search
Using the Search bar, you can select specific space/s.
Information buttons
Information Buttons will be at the top right corners of graphs and tables. By clicking on the information button, a toggle is activated and brings up supporting information to explain the field's data.
Summary & Drill-through
Each section of Insights has its own subsections. You can browse them at the top of your screen. The summary will provide you with key information summarised while the other sections allow you an in-depth analysis of the data.
Export Data
Data can be exported by hovering over a Chart Graph table. In the top right corner, there are 3 dots, click on these for ‘More options’. and click to select Export Data.
